Terms and conditions for competitions and giveaways

Promoter: Premier Vet Alliance
Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales who are over 18 years of age. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of those connected to Premier Vet Alliance are not eligible to participate.
Entry period: The competition will run between the date of promotion release, and the closing date stated on the promotional material. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be considered.
How to enter: All entry requirements will be stated on the promotional material for the competition. All requirements must be met for an entry to count.
The prizes: The prize will be stated in the promotional materials for the competition.
Winners: The winner or winners will be selected at random from all eligible entrants.
Notifying winners: Winners will be contacted through social media or by email. An associated social media post will be released, announcing the winner. Prizes should be claimed within 48 hours of notification. Premier Vet Alliance reserves the right to reallocate the prize if this condition is not met.
Postage: Where applicable, prizes will be posted to winners within 28 working days. Premier Vet Alliance will contact winners directly from Premier Vet Alliance’s official social account, or the email address pcp@premiervetalliance.co.uk to arrange for a postage. Please do not give out your address to any other requestors. Please contact us if you are in any doubt. Once a prize is posted, Premier Vet Alliance is not responsible for any losses caused by theft, package loss or affiliated postal concerns.
Promotion: By entering the giveaway, participants grant Premier Vet Alliance permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes in association with the giveaway, with no additional compensation.
Information: Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used only for its stated purposes, as outlined in the giveaway terms, and never shared with any third parties.
Disqualification: Premier Vet Alliance reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions, or is deemed ineligible.
Void entries: Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or ineligible entries that do not meet the requirements set out in these terms, or those specified in the specific giveaway will not be counted. Premier Vet Alliance is not responsible for any late or incomplete entries or any inaccuracies that may occur during the entry process.
Cancellation: Premier Vet Alliance reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.
Refusal of prize: Premier Vet Alliance may refuse to award the prize in the event of suspected fraudulent activity.
Proof of age: Premier Vet Alliance holds the right to request proof of age or identity and Premier Vet Alliance’s discretion.
Unforeseen circumstances: Premier Vet Alliance is not responsible for any unforeseen events beyond normal control. If the event is compromised in any way that is out of Premier Vet Alliance’s control, Premier Vet Alliance reserves the right to cancel all, or part, of the giveaway. Premier Vet Alliance is not responsible for any entry generated by computer hardware or software malfunction or error.
Damage or loss: Premier Vet Alliance cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, costs or expenses incurred by entering the giveaway or accepting the prize.
Transfer of prize: The prize is non-transferrable, and cannot be exchanged for a cash or credit alternative.
The decision of Premier Vet Alliance will be final and binding.
The competition is governed by English Law, and all entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
By entering the giveaway, entrants are confirming acceptance of these terms and conditions. Upon acceptance of the prize, all winners are also deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. All instructions for giveaway entry form part of these terms and conditions.
